The API will help and advice you through out the process of buying and any other important aspects when buying a property in Spain . Following article 55 of the new Catalan Law ( 18/2007 llei del dret a l'habitatge ) only API and professionallly recognised Agents are legally recognised to deal with properties and Real Estate. Servicies of a lawyer are also available.
