We do projects
of new installations that for its characteristics
need a project as
per legislation REBT 2002 , the installations
are the following :
- Project of electrical installation for
apartments, commercial units and offices ( not classed as " public
concurrence" P>100 kW).
- Project of electrical installation in commercial
units classed as " of public concurrence". ( P without limit
).
- Project of electrical installation for industrial
units , warehouses and industry in general ( P > 20kW).
- Wet places , dusty or with corrosion risk
( P >10 kW).
- Wet locations. Generators and converters . Isolated
conductors for heating up (P> 10 kW).
- Water pumps for circulation and pump up ( P>
10 kW).
- Garages /parking with natural ventilation (
> 5 places).
- Garages /parking with mechanical ventilation (P without
limit).
- Project of temporary installations for works
, commercial units or open outside locations (P>50kW).
- Project of electrical lines and network for
distribution and transport of energy aerial and/or underground
( < 1000 Vca).
- Project of exterior /public lightning
. Swimming pools and fountains (P> 5kW).
- Renewable energies .Solar photovoltaic and
wind turbines installations .
We also do Technical Design
Memories MTD for electrical installations that do
not need project .We officially manage the works
during installation . Following Spanish legislation we issue
certificate of the installation when is finished as well as the paperwork
for its legalization.
THERMAL INSTALLATION IN BUILDINGS( Cooling ,heating and hot water )
We do projects of new installations
" classe 2" following the new Spanish regulations RITE RD 1027/2007.
