The activities in Catalunya
and the rest of the ’Estate have to be classified according the annex of
the law 3/1998 of the Integral Intervention of the
Environment Administration (IIAA). Law 136/1999 18th
May , that approves the general articles of the law 3/98.
Law 143/2003 of 10th of June, that modify the Law
136/1999 and adapts the annex of IIAA.

NOTE :
To Adequate the existing activities included in the
annex II of the Law 3/98, of the Integral intervention
of the Environment Administration (L.I.I.A.A.) operated through
the Law 4/2004, of 1st july , that established
three months in which the Catalan Government had to approve a
Program to regulate the process of the before mentioned
Law also the controls to be performed periodically and the ordinary
check up of such activities . To execute the before mentioned Law has
been approved the Law 50/2005, 29 de March , that develops
the Law i 4/2004 of 1st July , that regulates the
process to adequate the existing activities in the L.I.I.A.A.
(D.O.G.C.de 31.03.2005) .
