We perform assessments and valuations of real estate poperties
on the residential, commercial and industrial fields.
All in a judicial level, recognized and commissioned by a judge, as well
as by private parties. We have the recognition of a judicial
expert valuer real estate by the UPC (University Politechnique of Catalonia)
, by the College API (Agents of the Real Estate Property) and the College
of Industrial T Engineers .

Máximum base price rates applied . Valid for the province
of Tarragona.
Property value assessment
It is an approximate valuation of the property considering area built ,
rooms, type, location, quality of the property and other characteristics
of the market . It is an approximate guideline value and without any commitment.

Property valuation
We carried out an in-depth study of the building according to the
official methodology and related Spanish regulations for
the type of building, market values and so on. The report is documented
with the methodology used , calculations carried out, etc. The
report comes signed by the surveyor / engineer and countersigned by the college
in question if needed.

For second and subsequent Court hearing it will be billed at

Over 100 km mileage it will be billed at 0,27 € / km.
